REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from return. We do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Reimbursement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first verify your bank account details. If the issue persists, contact us at refund@zafholio.com and we will assist you promptly.
Items on sale
Products purchased on promotion enjoy the same return rights provided by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
